Chase bays does it again, I send my reservior for exchange and arrives yesterday.
As soon as I get confirmation email I give them a call to let them know,[I forgot to put a note confirming name addy etc] and that I would pay to express ship the new one back to my place as Im in a rush. Shipped it the very same day, should be getting it monday. I will definitely be ordering again, customer service was fantastic!!
