How bad of an emissions test do you need to pass? visual? sniffer? OBD scan?

I have a highflow cat, the car is reflashed so the emissions always reports it's ready if you OBD scan it, and if I take care of a few things it would have no CEL's and mostly functioning emissions. 800cc injectors, though, so cold starts are kind of gnarly... but I'd expect with a cat back in it it'd pass a sniffer test once it warmed up, and since the ECU's been fucked with it'll pass an OBD check no problem.

Hell, I can take the car into school and put it on a sniffer to see where it's at right now...
