Yes he did, forgot there has been some updates since my time in pink town.

Garage S hood showed up today, ran a little test fit. my pins wouldn't let the hood sit flush but fits like a glove otherwise. Need to order up some new aerocatch pins for this guy and install them. I think I'll also have a thin mesh grill put in the two larger vents by the radiator to semi obstruct the view of my engine compartment and access for critters to make a home in there.

Next up, this guy is for sale, it's a replica GP Sports roof wing. Because I eventually will be putting a rocket bunny trunk wing on my car the roof ring has to go, plus the double sided tape started to come loose and it got on my damned nerves.

fitment is spot on, no gaps or shitty stuff. Probably better than the original. (PROBABLY)

currently painted magnetic black (it will match with oem nissan black just fine)

Trying my damndest not to spend money on shit I don't need to as I am pretty stern on putting down a payment for my Kranze LXZ's next month. June was one of those weird 3 paycheck months for me so I am just trying to make sure I don't go broke dropping all that coin for the wheels and then something comes up I'll need money for.
and I ordered these guys for the hood, started chopping it up to fit them, but I accidentally stepped on my dremel which had my last cutting disc on it.

So the hood is sitting in my room awaiting me to stop being lazy and head over to home depot for more discs, also the hood doesn't use oem bolts for some odd reason so now I have to get a bag of bolts from the zone to see what fits and what doesn't.

LAME!

I was also up at ASB I said hi to a lot of people and got level 10 faded on saturday. Finally was able to cut off the hair I've been grown for the past 2 and a half years to donate so I was nice and bald. A lot of people I don't see normally didn't recognize me.

I was wearing this after getting burned to shit!

So you may have seen some guy with the loudest shorts in the world all oiled up when I had the guns out and blazing lol.

Anyway LXZ's are pretty much ordered, going with 18x10 all around -7 out back and +6 up front.

I'm sorry to say this particular car will never be built with the intention to slide, thus there is no need for me to put a motor in the car capable of holding a power slide in the first 4 gears, and sounds like absolute dogshit.

If I want an american motor, I will build a classic corvette.

end of that discussion, here and future prior.

not directed at you but before it goes that direction.

I hope this reply doesn't count as "bickering"

Well said!

Anywho, when is this thing gonna see the track? Any timelines or still sorting it out.

well since i'm spending big money on wheels right now I'll be shy of 5200 after new lug nuts and tires for the LXZ's

The motor I need to have disassembled and inspected to see if it's any good (my spare)

My spare t25 just finished getting rebuilt but I can't even pay for it because I commited to paying for the expensive ass wheels.

I need to get the spare motor built first, then I'll get the EFR turbo 6074 and FR manifold to go with it. Then Haltech and Racepak dash display. After that it's a matter of taking the car out of commision to fabricate ducting for the high mount intercooler setup.

Still trying to figure out how I want to play the radiator game, and if I want one of those crazy dual core radiators that I can run both my water and oil through so I don't have an external oil cooler taking up space in the ducting I will need to build.

Then hoping I can get someone to mold my ducting out of carbon fiber or kevlar and make some nice bracing for that.

Once the new engine build starts the car will have no choice but to be de-commisioned from daily driving so I'll have to buy another daily, there is just no way around it. So much money to wrap my head around I can't even pin a day on when a track day will even be relevant.

Factor in I still want to move into a house with my own fucking garage so I don't have to drive to my buddy Jeff's house or inconvenience someone else for space to wrench on it.

Maybe 2-3 more years realistically.

Obviously once the motor stuff is all situated I will probably take fuel and aero a bit more serious, and will definitely want some krazy kognition wing for the car. I'll just play it by ear financially and what I can afford within means without being on that ramen diet man.

Too old for that shit, starving to impress.
