Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows what the stock exhaust decibel level is for USDM S13's and S14's?

Always nice to compare the old (stock) to any new exhausts I'll get that are available (and list their db level).

If this helps ~ 1991 coupe with KA24DE but I would assume all S13's are similar in db level. (Possibly the same with S14's?)

Search yielded this
"...my stock exhast got a decibel rating of 83.00 at 4200rpm"

83.00 db @ 4200 rpm (not sure on distance as it wasn't referenced) seems pretty reasonable.

Just wondering if anyone had anything more official?
