Looks like heavy duty rubber bands to hold it closed. Judging by that and the hood latches, he got rid of the trunk hinge

how is anything a new trend? nevans always been there, so has the clear lights and kit and low and awesome wheels that fit nice on the car.

it's on a base tune right now, 315whp 12lbs of boost it's a 35r full race twin scroll kit and completely built sr, hoping for 500whp on pump gas, alignment I have no idea at the moment but 275/45/17 on 17x10s

It looks better in person, the car looks like shit it needs a paint job and the oem jdm valace/skirts/lip to make any sort of sense, I had to raise the car because the pulled/rolled fenders were rubbing on the drag radials, once I get the origin over fenders I'll lower it again!

Just decided to be a little wacky with the color in the final hour since it's something I can always change if I don't like it, far from done with the car it doesn't look anything like I want it to yet but I wanted to get it running the way I wanted first

Only thing I have found for there that I actually like I had metal ones there and they scratched through the paint and started causing rust. These look much better IMO and hold my trunk much better with no chance of scratching the paint

they were light blue brand new he said. i tried finding the thread but the search feature must be down right now.
