What I meant was I never said they were high quality, like the name brand wheel they are copying. People are acting like I said if you buy some Rota Grids you get the exact same thing as you do when you buy Te37's. The TE's are going to be stronger and lighter, but Rotas are more than strong enough to handle dailt driving and even track use so long as you don't ram a curb with them.

Holy hell. Have you not been reading? I have covered that 3 times, but I'll cut it short for you. What I was implying was that because so many people have them, they must be decent. If they did nothing but break all the time, there wouldn't be near as many people with them. It's not just the schassis community, pretty all import communities have a large amount of people rocking rotas. You guys are taking this way out of context and twisting my words way too much.

Comparing it to the $200 eBay turbos is a better comparison. Rotas don't bend and break as soon as you set the weight of the car on them so they hold just a tad bit higher quality over the eBay nardi steering wheel, but not as high as name brand wheels. For a forum where most of you get mad at people asking to be spoon fed, I just had to spoon fed the hell out of you because you are too fucking stupid to understand plain English

The difference is more like, why not use a stock wheel and replace something in your ghetto-rigged engine bay.

Half assing what NEEDS to be fixed and buying a nice wheel.

In a car I bought this summer the previous owner had actually instead of replacing the injectors just changed the idle speed......

Personally, unless i had a built car I would be embarrassed to have a Nardi. Then again where I come from spending $300 on the steering wheel when I dont even break 14 seconds on a 1/4 mile is called rice...
