fuel pressure reg cleaning

^^ No back firing when shifting, once its out of first gear its not a problem is pretty smooth. I def have to burn off excess fuel but from where is the question. There is a strong smell of fuel coming from the engine bay so ill start there.

I dont want to take it back to the shop, i can only guess what else might happen.
