Chuki 180sx Front bumper lights configuration..

Ok I just picked some up. Was wondering how they light up on an actual 180, as in what is the lighting sequence for the clear part and orange part? Is the clear part suppose to be the driving light (always on) and the orange part suppose to be the turn signal?

Since I got teh plugs for both sides, I want to wire it up correctly like it would be on a JDM model. Not just the orange light up.

So Im guessing to just wire up the clear part to the side marker so its always on?

dont mean to be picky, but would Amber be on while its not blinking?? So I can just tap into the side marker and make the clear always on.

Yah I dunno how youd go about only having it blink, unless you ghetto mode it and remove one of the tabs that dimly lights it so it doesnt come on dim, and just wire up the clear side to teh sidemarker, but then again, that might make your blinkers fast, which im not soo much a fan of, its annoying.

Ok, how about on the original harness, find the wire that is constant on for the parking lights, cut that, use that as positive for the clear side, and run the negative side of teh bulb to the chassis. Would that work?

Uhh you are supposed to get the harness, its like less than foot long. Plugs into your main harness, but splits in two on the other end. Then its plug and play.

The white part is on when you turn the headlight switch once (like when the old amber ones are on). It is not on all the time, the amber part only is on when indicating.

I have the zenki ones, came with the harness no work at all.

Cool, I just did it. You will need the plug for the clear side, since the USDM amber light is duel filiment, the JDM uses 2 seperate single filiment bulbs, Just cut the green (not green and yellow wire) and connect one of the wires from teh clear side to it, then tape the black negative wire.
