Like everyone else, i appreciate your attention to detail...

I just wanted to thank you for taking such nice, clear, and plentiful pictures.. being an OEM build... there is a tonne of valuable info in those pics that other, detail oriented individuals require to complete their builds.

Also, thank you for building this .... absolutely beautiful

Haha, it's actually much more messy under there from the paint and wet sanding.

I thought I was the only One buying new Hood prop Grommets and Small little trinkets.

1id you refinish the dash as well as the center console? Using the Same Stuff you listed on an earlier Page?
2:Need to know what you did to the doors to quite them down on the inside??
3: what carpet did you go with?

Gonna def replace my 1/4 windows and Black them out like yours. Just a Vinyl Strip in there??

The dash and center console were refinished with an actual spray gun, I would have to ask my painter what paint it was. I thought it was DuPont, but It's slipped my mind.

The doors were sprayed with lizard skin, then dynamat was applied.

Yeah, vinyl should do the trick.

I really wanna get different quarter windows though. I kinda doubt anyone will be able to remove them without scratching the paint...

Haha this is like my 3rd time reading through this thread and I caught this. What is the need of locating the intake pipe all the way down there? I understand on a N/A car where the air doesn't go through an intercooler, but on a turbo car doesn't the whole turbo/intercooler setup defeat the purpose of this?

Damn what a sweet ass car. Loving the detail you put into this car, I like how you rejuvenated the interior pieces.
Keep up the good work.

The intercooler chills the cold pipe, that goes into the intake manifold.
The intake pipe goes directly into the inlet of the turbo.. It's much better to be sucking in cool air under the engine bay, than sucking in all the hot air in the engine bay. Lol.

It kinda bothers me, they are OEM valences, and I'm not sure how to fix it. They fit very well everywhere else. it makes me wonder if the 180sx bumper skin is slightly different, but i HIGHLY doubt it. I have no real solution to it, feel free to suggest some. haha.

valances

I had two sets of 180sx valances. One fit perfect and the other one fit just like yours. That's another reason I decided to stay away from 180sx valances. Your build is amazing. I love your attention to details.

Well, the valences have all of the original hardware. To be honest i think they just fit like shit from the factory.. It wouldn't surprise me at all.

But thanks man! I'm open to suggestions.

I really would like to have a G grow one piece valence... but that is pretty difficult and equally as expensive to get.

Thanks a lot man!

It's still just a 240sx with 180sx aero on it

Go back a few pages and you'll see some of the specs listed on the Ka

Awesome build, wish I could have seen it at SC3. This is a proper way to build a car, its all in the details.
