I picked up this gem off craigslist for 500 Bucks, not running and had been sitting in the desert for a few years. I am in the process of rebuilding the single cam and it was auto, but I have everything to convert it to 5sp once I rebuild the motor. My first 240 also. Great community here on the forums, glad to be away from the honda's.

This thread is getting off topic.. lots of just random pics of two tones without information but I wish to contribute to the preservation society.
Im planning on picking up a rough condition two tone tomorrow. Guy doesnt know what hes selling. I really hope all goes as planned and i can post it tomorrow

I personally like zacks post.

It shows a lot of different 2 tones and the stock options they came with. Kinda like a 2tone reference guide.

however I still need a TTPS sticker for my 2tone. I just put some eibachs and gr2's on it and took the center caps off the hideous wheels. i will take some pics today if it stops raining.

Of course! we all have, but trust me they look a million times better without those cheesy ass center caps. I actually wasnt even planning on driving it yet but a wheel bearing went out on my burgundy coupe so I started swapping everything to the 2tone.
Now I will be driving the 2tone during the winter and swapping my other coupe to 5sp/dohc.
Still havent found a job yet but Im gonna try and get at you before the month is over.

Hows the east coast?

Haha leave it to him to dig up some pictures like those. They do look great and Im sure he knows more on this subject than most. Ill post some pics as soon as I finish redoing the interior (HUD, stereo) and wash and vacuum it. I parked it under a tree the opened the sun roof and filled the car with crap.

My bro just gave me a 7/88 prod date coupe to work on. Number 153 off the line! Its beater status for now. Ill try and get some better pics. Cars been on non-op since 02 Lol Ive got a lot of work ahead of me but I thought that she was worth saving.
