A/c fan Wiring S14

I'm Trying to Install a Basic Elec fan (a/c fan) and wire it up to the Stock plug, next to the Receiver dryer.
I need to know how it works, and can I use just a Standard 10" elec fan

S14 chassis.

a: Essentially How does the Stock fan setup work??
by temp setting?...or: A/C is engaged, it comes on Low speed and then Kicks up higher as the temp rises at the ambient temp sensor In front?

I will finally have a/c in a car again and I want it to be Right & Efficient/cold, which is why I'm putting a Fan on it - Strapped in front of the Clutch fan like the JDM S14 does from Pics I've seen

b: I found an Old dirty S13 a/c fan and Stole the plugs off it for my other hatch to have A/c in later and the Wiring has 2 plugs.1 wire from each plug coming together on a positive & negative side on the fan.So I'm guessing the S14 is a diff way

help me figure this out if you can.
