You tried bleeding it yet? Anything aftermarket is almost always better than stock radiators. Plastic ends vs full aluminum and probably more coolant capacity. I'd bleed it first and then maybe check the thermostat before you go drastic and replace the radiator.

I had Custom Car Care in York Co flush and bleed it to ensure that it was done right the first time. It started overheating during traffic on the 64 and I was shitting bricks.

I hope I'm wrong but it might be the head gasket. My buddy and I will systemically check the issue (i.e. stat, lines, fans, etc) when we get the chance. Otherwise, I see rad, hoses, stat on the christmas list.

*EDIT*
On a side note, a place called Kapo Nara probably has the best Ramen in the 757.

Do a compression test on the cylinders if you think it's the head gasket. A leak down test might help too but definitely the compression test. GL.

Hit me up next week, I should be back up in Langley. I'll help check it out if you need an extra set of eyes on it.

Been to Kappa Nara, its okay. If you want Sushi, best ones I've had so far are from this place called Kero Sushi off Victory. Not authentic Japanese sushi since real sushi are plain, but its damn good.
