Yeah something tells me that MATEJ is well aware of the cutting the brown wire trick and of the pivot controller, and that he is also aware that neither work very well due to their electronic nature. Hence the reasoning behind a remote way of controlling your headlights motors manually and mechanically from the comfort of your cabin.

I'm thinking e-brake cable.
