thoughts?

k guys im putting a new clutch in my car and i was wondering wheter or not i should put a fidnaza flywheel in it or lighten the stock one, or just forget the whole flywheel thing for now and upgrade to a t28 on my sr, to me the t28 seems like a better bet. i mean i got the money to do whichever, but i hear that the fidanza flywheel is to light and there is nothing really in between. What is the weight of the stock flywheel. i do autocross my car , but what i mostly due is drag, and all of the big drag racers i know say that it is not good to have to light a flywheel like a fidanza what they do is typicly lighten the stock one 25-30 percent not like 50 percent on the fidanza, thoughts>??/

im gonna get a light one... the thing about it is, it will rev alot faster, but it will also loose its revs fast as well... if you can shift fast enough, or power shift.. you will be fine.. i can power shift, so if it were me, i would get the new flywheel

How much for Fidnaza ? How much to get the stock one lightened? How good are you on a clutch?

My opinion:Get the fidnaza and learn how to drive it

Fidanza. if your going in to do the clutch anyway do the flywheel. No sense in going in there twice. its not hard to drive with a lightened flywheel and the fidanza is not too light. the Jun is still lighter stock I think weighs 18+ the fidanza is 11. Jun makes an 8lbs one and I thin kCusco has a 10.

I dont trust lightening stock flywheels. but thats just my opinion

im goon on a clutch, the revs dropping part i dont care about, ive had fidanza flywheels on my preious cars, i can get the fidanaza brand new for 300.00 stock one lighted for 100.00, its just that from the people that race for real tell me its to light, and it will hurt you in drag racing more than help out the hole, and also the posibility that it will increase the lag of the turbo between gears.
