Even if they are minors, a kick to the head while the person is on the ground (in this case multiple) in the judicial system can be seen as deadly force and the teens could be tried as adults for attempted murder or at least aggravated assault with intent to permanently harm. Either way I see these kids being tried as adults and not having any sort of future.

article mentions "No charges have been made", doesn't confirm that there won't be any. In cases like this I think the said victim might have to file charges. If he does I dont see how the perps would get away with it. assault and theft alone would be felonies.

I do hope they're put away. Would set an example that shit like this isn't ok.
