CA 1995 240sx SE 109k JDM Kouki, 5speed, Leather, Clean Title, 350z White, $7500

Copied this over from my Craigslist Ad. I'll try and make everything as clear as possible.

For sale:
Car: 1995 240sx SE OBII compliant, but only requires OBDI smog inspection (hell yes). I've owned it for 7 years, 4 of those years driving back and forth to college.
Engine: Stock KA24DE.
Miles: 109K Original miles. I have the carfax below, double check it if you like. I put 40k miles in 7 years commuting from SF to Davis every other weekend. This is my daily driver and I commute to work everyday so I'm racking up miles pretty fast.
Options: Original SE 5 speed, black leather, and moonroof.
Title: Clean Title, never been in an accident!
Paint: Painted Car 350z Pearl White with 2 layers of pearl at Green Auto Body, Oakland when I did the JDM conversion 4 years ago. The original color was gold. Painted engine bay, doorsills, trunk, etc.

Mods:
Suspension: Stance GR+ Pro Coilovers, bought brand new and installed 2 years ago.
Clutch: Exedy Stage 2 Clutch, installed last summer.
Exhaust: Stock headers, stock exhaust.
Brakes: Front 300zx calipers
Misc: 4 Megan Gauges (Oil, water temp, A/F ratio, and Turbo), Apex Turbo Timer, Carbon fiber center console and door pieces.
Speakers: Rainbow front speakers and amazing aftermarket polk audo 61/2" coaxial rear speakers with tweeters and amplifier. I have a sub if you want it as well.
Alarm: 5.0 Clifford 1 mile alarm, also has the stock SE alarm, so there's 2 alarms.
Conversion: JDM conversion, fenders, hood, grill, NISMO JDM front bumper with JDM foglights and turn signals, Urethane Greddy Lip (no cracks whatsoever).
Sideskirts and Rear Valence: JDM Zenki Sideskirts and Rear Valence.
Rims: VS-XX 18" Rims, and Stock 350z Rims
Price: $8500 w/ VS-XX,
$7500 without (comes with Stock 350z rims, which is what I currently uses).

Bad:
1. I had an aftermarket steering wheel, but returned to stock. Horn and cruise control no longer works, relay is bad.
2. Glove box is ziptied after I installed gauges so it doesn't open. I lost and broke some tabs on glove box.
3. Check engine light came on and code read bad rear o2 sensor.
4. Small paint chips on bumper and hood from SF parking.

Reason why I am selling: I commute to work everday and I wanted to keep this car forever, but priorities changed. I just graduated from college and I need a 4-door automatic now.

When I bought the car, it was a show car, hence it only had 62k miles on it and it was horrible. I rolled around with those holes on my dash and F&F bodykit for about 2 years before I finally bought Megan gauges (which I hate) to just plug those holes up and mod it the way I like it. The car was turbocharged before I bought, hence the turbo timer.
