Don't see why people would pay the money to have the conversion pan, it definitely seems like it sits WAY lower. And you have to buy the SR pan. May as well spend the time and just seal the KA pan correctly, save yourself the dough.
KA-T for sure. Might be ugly, but i daily it and see 8psi at 2500rpms.

I hate the KA VS SR bullshit. It all comes down to preference. They both have their good and bad even though I haven't had any bad situation on my SR. At the time I got my SR, KA-T's were not popular and the after market was not as big as it is now. Maybe if it would have been I would have gone KA-T for the fact that I wouldn't have need to buy a complete motor set just Turbo and necessary parts. But then again the SR comes turbo and you can just up the boost and have some fun. I don't regret getting an SR though but to each his own. Research both motors and other peoples builds and go from there.
