One of the dumbest swaps ever just because the engine doesn't fit at all, no hood will look right over that.

Then, they decided to dump the exhaust onto the windsheild. I don't get it.

I disagree. Sometimes it's better to stay ORIGINAL then to try and be different. I guess you're one of those people that like to stick out just as long as you get attention? Anyways, have fun stopping every 50miles just to wipe down your windshield.

I herd the hill billies in FL, make the strongest moon shine. Probably explains why the exhaust is pointed at the windshield.

The swap might be stupid as shit, but you have to give him points for being unique. And it would probably fun as hell. But truck gears would suck haha

I think you guys are looking too far in to things. I'm not mad. I don't consider myself a Floridian as I've only lived here a few months and will be leaving soon. I am also usually amused by the Florida jokes. Some of the .gifs I've seen are hilarious. It's just sad and pathetic when new guys come in and only make florida jokes to make the more popular members accept them. It's like they're trying to hard, you know?

I love it.
I've always wanted to put a diesel in a s-chassis... Specifically either a 4bt, 6bt, or a TDI of some sort.

I think this swap was done half decently. Probably better than most on this board could do themselves. The green paint and the exhaust are really the only things that make this thing look "hacked".

Give that car to a skilled fabricator and it would look really well done.

Plus what's not love about having 3x the stock KA torque from idle onward?

this is pretty bad ass. Im a big cummins fan. I own 2 dodge 2500s. a 12v and 24v cummins. I will say it is def different. But the fact that a 4bt cant be had for less then like 1,500-2,000 I think its cool. not too crazy about the hood/cowl stack idea. But the general idea is unique.

Look man..we all like to call each other out when we see someone fail. Just because somebody shares the same feelings and taste as the OG's do, doesn't mean they're trying to fit in. Do you honestly think every beginner thinks differently then a older member? I've always laughed at the Nissan/Honda owners with their ghetto flat black paint, or primer paint jobs. Specially the ones who sand off the original color and add the ghetto black. I also laugh at the people who tell me my car is hellaflush or stanced. Does hating the type of people I just described make me the little guy that's trying to fit in? I think not, but what the hell do I know I'm just a beginner, right?

None of that even applies to the whole Florida thing. I get what you're saying, I really do. I feel the same way. But blaming something like that on where someone lives is silly. I lived in AL before here and can honestly say I've seen much shittier shit from AL than I've seen here.

Ironic how most of the Florida bashers are the same ones who shit on people's cars for not scraping the ground and still having suspension travel. But then again that includes pretty much everyone here now.

It seems that after the 'uniqueness' wears off, that car would get terribly burdensome very quick. Probably why it is for sale.

i agree, here in FL we get away with A LOT (car related mainly)

i know these people, this it is badass. the thought of this has cross my mind. the over all swap is cool but i agree intercooler arrangement and exhaust is troublesome.

most bash it bc "it isnt drifting" but i recall seeing an inline 8 diesel salt flat car a while back and there is some nice points for power, bio fuel or something cool diesel related if the car didn't have drastic turn offs.

i would disagree, a 4BT alone is a 3-4k+ motor (and i would say this motor is on the upper side of this, only having 150k on the motor.

and most will laugh at this statement, but considering the "rarity" or "one off" of this car/motor combo most would be playing that card with a higher price.

I think the exhaust is directed Torwards the windshield to keep them from getting positively id'd as hill billies by the cops for drunk driving? All in all it's whatever. I've seen an f20 in a 240 and thought hey that's pretty gay, but others thought it was the shit. Swaps happen and as strange as some can be, they give us the opportunity to reflect and share a laugh at them. I think this ones not to bad other than the obvious randomshit
