need spacers to clear my brakes.

i heard that bolt on spacers are better because of its strength. using bolt on and slip on spacers are not a option so using powered by max spacers is negligible due to their 15mm bolt on / adding slip on spacers to get the desired measurement.

anyone have experience with eibach spacers?

this is going to be a drift car so keeping the wheels on the car will be crucial.

30mm thanks ill look into h&r. got a good deal on riken mesh wheels with 2.75 inch lips but the fc's brakes wont clear them lol

IMO Quality Studs + Slip On is better ..cause could just get long studs and get various size slip on spacer

but there's nothing wrong with bolt on, everyone does it and they're all safe

sounds like bs to me. running 30 mm slip on spacers will cause the studs to loose contact/torque with the lug nuts.

Project Kics bolt-on spacers if you got the cash, they are pretty much just like H&R. I personally use them and they hold up like they should.

the issue isnt the chunk of aluminum its the relatively low grade wheel stud provided with bolt-on spacers, the way the stud mounts into the spacer and how often you re&re your wheels... AND THEN the quality of the aluminum.

some spacers simply use a hex-bolt that sits in the spacer... that shit cray!

i know most of the good ones these days have knurled studs that are pressed into the spacer, however, since they're mostly made in china (even the ones you think are not made in china) do you really trust the aluminum to hold the stud and do you really trust the quality of the stud itself?

i have personally had H&R spacer studs slip out of the hub while i was on the highway.

there is NO STUD in ANY SPACER that is as good as an ARP stud. none.

if you're going to use ARP studs, which you should, then you don't need bolt-on spacers since you now have extended studs anyways... you just need a slip-on.

i had a set of eibach spacers 3 months ago that came on a 350z subframe i bought

i was tapping the studs out with a hammer on my bench because they were stripped and i was replacing with OEM S14 studs to resell. The hammer slipped off the stud and tapped the hub-centric lip... it totally cracked and collapsed... ummmm.... i really trust it to hold the stud in there

if you on/off your wheels regularly you will strip shit studs. have fun.
