well im doing a swap its a 1jz into my kouki 240sx s14. so i been looking for mounts and i heard these ebay ones work good sits nice. so i bought them i have a question tho do i still need a cross member or is what i need to mount this motor in my car all here?

these are what i got will i still need to mod my cross member or will this work as my cross member?
