Google it....follow fsm bearing procedure. Only thing to be aware of is the crank condition

Take it to someone that knows wth they are doing. If you're first post on this forum is "how do I replace rod bearings" then I'm willing to be good money that you shouldn't be doing it yourself.

Stock nissan bearings...you wont know what size/grade you need till you tear down the engine.

If it's spun a rod bearing, the crankshaft is toast as well as the rod.

I hope you didn't pay too much for it!

Like he said. If you spun the road already you have 2 choices.. You cant just put a new bearing on spun rod. You will be pulling that motor out again shortly if you do.

Option 1 - Reuse original crank and have it machined for oversize bearings. FYI they dont machine just one rod journal all of it will be done and they can provide bearings for it. Replace bad connecting ROD.

Option 2 - Source out a good known SR Crank and replace all Main/Rod bearings to match with your block. Replace bad connecting ROD.
