that oktoberfest by paulaner you have there ive enjoyed that one as well also like the authentic looking glass that comes with it haha. but now you got me thinking of belgian styles, and one that i enjoy probably most of you have had, is the Delirium Nocturnum, again most of the delirium collection are all good too, like the Noel and the Tremens.
ill take a picture of my collection at work, and ill show you guys, for all you local orange county guys that enjoy beer come check us out, or even wine. were located in Villa Park, Ca

I like ur style sr20drifter +1 for the stone vertical epic, just really sad this is gonna be the last year they make it... On to other great beers

Eel river - California blonde
Mad river - steelhead double IPA
Stone - double chocolate oatmeal stout
Stone - Russian imperial stout
New castle - founders ale (gotta say one of the more surprising new beers I've tried lately)
Moylans - kilt lifter
Lagunitas - Lucky 13
Alaskan - barley wine ale

Edit: this thread got me in the mood for a tasty beverage so I'll add this one I just tried to the list

Eel river - acai berry wheat

I just had a Stone Ruination for the first time on Saturday, and wasn't the biggest fan. I've had other double IPAs that I felt were more balanced.

Thanks.
I have a lot more beers than that. I will be posting few of them every other day.
Here is the second batch. Some of the beers that I had and some that I'm planning to drink soon.
This is a very special beer. It's brewed by a guy that used to brew beer for Russian River. Very hard to get. This is his first batch 2011 vintage. The brewer is best friend to a winemaker that I know very well. He's the one that sent me this bottle.

Divine 2011 Teufelweizen

More to come soon

Yes it was. The guy that owns the brewery, Tony, is an uncle of a very good friend of mine. He always hook us up with free beers when he comes to visit. He's a very good guitar player.
Here is a first batch of my "Must Have In The Fridge" beers. Beers that I can't get tired of, and I must have all the times.

My beer choice for St. Pat's Day beside Guinness Foreign extra.

Angels Share...I keep trying it, and am not a fan. WHY.

Port Mongo...awesome

Weyerbacher Riserva 2011 (that came out not to long ago)...freakin good still

Trying to think of any other standouts of late, but I've been pretty plain of late. Lots of DFH 60minute, Troegs Nugget Nectar, and Victory Moonglow though, three great beers.

Lots of KBS, followed with more KBS. Had some Ithica Flower Power Mixed in there, along with Weyerbacher Uniform (RoggenBeer)...all were good. Worst beer this weekend was an old Ruination IPA... blech!

Beer guru! Haha. Hey on a serious note did you buy that Erdinger glass in the states? I love German hefe-weissbier of any damn sort and it seems that the Erdinger glass you own is the only glass that fits those beers like a glove.

I'm not really a fan of the Old Gaurdian...it's a little too 'hop forward' IMO for a barleywine. I've got a bottle of WTF in the fridge now too, will be cool to try.

Yes I did get it in the states. It came with a gift pack that I received during the holidays. It's a nice looking glass.
I love the Duvel glasses. I got my hands on two cases of the Duvel glasses. They're collectibles. The art works are from internationally known artists.

I did not like Old Guardian last year. I thought I will give it a shot again this year.

Looks like a nice tasting. Some friends had a nice tasting when I was on vacation. They did vertical tasting of some cool beers: '08,'09,'10'&'11 Dark Lord,KBS,Goose Island Bourbon County...
Since I'm parting out my car, I've decided to have a good beer everytime I'm in the garage working on it. It's been good. I had some of the 21st amendment beers:#8,Monk's blood and some Blue and Gray Bormans Belgian Ale that I bought on tap.
More beers:

How is Abacus/Scubra? I've had the other two FW beers, both were nice.

Monks Blood is junk IMO.
