it's more like why would you put a down payment on a 3300 dollar car, that won't pass smog, that you won't be able to get registered here, you will have to watch over your shoulder ANYTIME you drive it, because any half decent cop in your area is going to ask you to pop your hood WHEN you get pulled over. Not trying to flame man, but thats just a bad investment. Word of advice from some of us old timers, NEVER BUY A CAR WITH MODS. Sorry but this was your fault. enjoy your 3300 buck headache.
