anwyay, i think you dont have to do the dyno run no more. just the computer thing and if there's no code, you're good. |

Everyone is right, OBD2 is the only kind of testing.
OBD1 is exempt. Illinois sold all their OBD1 equipment, it became too expensive to test them than not test them. |

As mentioned above 1995 and older NO MORE EMISSIONS.... for Illinois and OBDII is only plug in check so if you got no check engine lights then you should be good.
