For those of you S-Chassis heads that are driving low, what do you guys do with your inner fenders? Specifically the seam over the tires & a part of the inner front fender?

Is cutting the seam a bad idea? Or is hammering in the only way?

I used vice grips to fold the seam over, then I hammered it flat and hammered up the front of the inner fender that the tire rubs.

Hammer them, maintain as much rigidity as you can.

It doesnt matter, bend it either way so it doesnt chew up your tire. i think i bent mine in wards just because it was easier to just haul off on em from the outside rather than the inside.

Maxed out KTS's. Kind of disappointed, thought it would be lower. Will be removing collars and un-seizing the rears... then spacers.

Im rolling 15s and PBM coils, so I'm pretty damn low. About 1-2" lower than practical for these streets. My front lip hates life but I love it this low.

I hammeredrear fender lip flush, and pulled rear fenders diy style. It's not hard to do, you just have to be on full awareness and pay attention. If you need to hammer the rear, dont be scared, it takes some work to get it good. But dont just start swinging a hammer around, be deliberate with it.

Fuck practicality.

I used a heatgun and a fender roller to roll my fenders and to pull the rears. How do you mean you pulled them 'DIY' style?

Look at his avatar, that's how. After this weekend I'm going to put my rear on full slam to get my lip off the ground. Trying to even it out, I have a little foward take right now and I'd rather scrape exhaust than oil pan.

Need to get adjustable RUCA's, my OEM ones are pretty much fused to the coilovers, and that can't be good if they start rubbing through the threaded sleeve.

Here is my 93 hardbody. Torsioned the front 3" and 3" blocks in the rear. Gonna lower the rear soon by flipping the overload leaves to the top which should lower it another 1.5" in the rear. Also have another pair overloads to retain load capacity. Front bump stops gone, rear bump stops trimmed, soon to be removed. Front end hits the metal in the wheel well. The rear hits the bumps.

with 17's (Titan XE's)

with 18's (Titan SE's?)
