Carb Choke Cleaner
The Orignal Owner for some reason Spray painted the scratch marks with grey primer i guess...  Took a Shop Towel and sprayed some CCC on the towel and lightly buffed the spray paint off. Just dont rub for too long maybe 3 sec intervals You can see the grey spots   Cant even tell now
