If you're a starting racer, non-ABS is best so you learn how to drive without the ABS, aka not learning bad habits.
If just DDing, it doesn't matter much since Nissan ABS is horrid. I want to do the S2k ABS retrofit that some FD folk are/were attempting.

I agree nissan has junk ABS, my friend has it removed from his R33 and his son has it removed from his s14. both claim it was horrible and kept the car from slowing down faster.
