I haven't bought anything from them yet, but we have been in contact through PM's here on zilvia. Derek is who I am dealing with, and I've been very please with his customer service. Being that I live in Hawaii, he was able to find me a cheaper shipping option, which would have saved me a bunch of money. I am now saving up, to purchase what I have been inquiring about. So far, it's been a very good experience. I'll update, when I actually purchase from them.
