![]() My question is on all the arms for my s13, when the bushing is burned out do I remove the metal inserts in all the arms or only specific arms. I have read through all the sites I could find, and some have said don't remove them or its unclear which ones are to be removed. I have the Energy Suspension full bushing kit just to specify which bushings I am trying to put it.

You leave ONLY the front lower control arm sleeves in. Every other sleeve comes out. If you take the front lower control arm sleeve out then your screwed. You will have a bunch of play in the front end. So take your front lower control arms off then burn the bushings out. Take a wire wheel and clean the inside where the rubber was at. Grease and insert new poly bushings. Done. Move on to everything else and cut the sleeves out. Its super simple but time consuming.
