If you want looks only, it might be OK. But if you want to strengthen chassis and reduce flexing then look elsewhere.
I would be scared if they would ship you a bar that is 100% aluminum, like it says in the description. You could crush that in your hand. The yield strength of pure aluminium is 7–11 MPa, while aluminum alloys have yield strengths ranging from 200 MPa to 600 MPa.

Its a daym bar. I'd be surprised if you could bend it. Would I rock it? No because I don't like generic knock off parts. For $25 what do you really expect? It won't hurt if you rock it and if it really does bend or break it was only $25 so its easily replaced.

You get what you paid for with strut bars. Cheap works, more $$ better the strut will work. I've noticed the differences from cheap to the more name brand. I've done both.

^ That looks subtantially better than the one OP posted.

If the brackets/hardware are up to the job, thats a good purchase. For the price I'm still skeptical!

Thanks guys!

I will toss my .02 in here. There a few good ones out there...Carbing being one for sure. I believe that the solid design is far superior than the adjustable style. The solid design helps with not only compression ( where the strut towers are pressing toward each other), but the solid design helps where the towers will try to twist on the fore and aft axis. There a couple videos out there that illustrate this...sorry I did not link them. One by Greddy I think and also Ultra Racing.

+1 for Jonnie Fraz and his bars, I have his rear STB and tension arm brace... The only reason I don't have his front STB is because my daughter came along and told me to stop spending money.

Fits On:
89-94 Nissan 240SX
About this Manufacturer:
Megan Racing was started in 2001, their top priority has been to provide high quality performance parts at reasonable prices. Generally you can expect to get what you pay for, but in the case of Megan parts, you really do get more than what you'd expect for the price you pay.
About this Product:
The Megan Racing strut bar is made of 100% aluminum with a width of 1.

maybe you should read the info on the part again. especially where it says "Generally you can expect to get what you pay for"... don't think i wouldn't buy Megan cause i have but, don't be lazy save some money and get something nice and functional!...

Veeeeeery slowly, Mike.
Grownup things take precedence, so Ava, my wife and the mortgage come first... I DID get the car back from paint in late April though.
I still fully vouch for Jonnie's bars though.
