@blueshark123 I see what your saying maybe I ripped my subframe and it just broke the rear diff case? Could be true becuse I was able to drive it a few hundred get and drive it up and down the toe truck. So I should purchase an s14 subframe and a q45 what now?

Some people upgrade to a Q45 rear differential since it's technically an R200 diff but has the stronger 30 spline axles as a Twin Turbo Z32. The rear end gear is also much taller than most S-Chassis diffs so it might help if you're making a ton of power. IIRC to complete the swap you need a combination of Q45 and Z32TT axles, Z32 TT hubs, a Q45 diff and the correct cover for your subframe.

Q45 really use the bigger axle splines? So that means you'd have to change the hubs to Z32TT to fit the larger splines? The folks I knew who were twisting the R200 axle splines all converted to the GTR/Z32TT R230 rear end on their S-chassis. Changed subframe and everything else to fit the larger diff housing, axle and hubs.

Yeah you have to change to Z32tt hubs or you can use whole upright off a Q45.
Similar to what is done when converting to 5-lug using J30 rear uprights and e-brake assembly.
