@blueshark123 I see what your saying maybe I ripped my subframe and it just broke the rear diff case? Could be true becuse I was able to drive it a few hundred get and drive it up and down the toe truck. So I should purchase an s14 subframe and a q45 what now?

Some people upgrade to a Q45 rear differential since it's technically an R200 diff but has the stronger 30 spline axles as a Twin Turbo Z32. The rear end gear is also much taller than most S-Chassis diffs so it might help if you're making a ton of power. IIRC to complete the swap you need a combination of Q45 and Z32TT axles, Z32 TT hubs, a Q45 diff and the correct cover for your subframe.
