Going 17x9+12 up front and x9.5+12 in the rear

Should I go 215/40 f and 215/45 r or 215/45 f 225/45 r?

Would a 215/45 up front cause rubbing issues?

I would run a smaller profile in the front. I have 215/45's up front on mine and it's keepin me from going any lower without drastick modification.
