SR20DET adjusting cam timing for more power/torque.

I have recently seen some good dyno results form doing this with both stock and afterarket cams fitted on other peoples cars.

I personally am looking at making adjustments to my stock straightcam SR cams. Which going by the Brian Crower website are 256/248 degrees duration.

What I am looking for is settings to set the cams to for better power/torque. Have people done this before and what improvments have they seen?

I have done a bit of searching on the web and come up with nothing so I think this could be a very worthwhile thread.

All info and input is welcome
