You didn't search and you have the grammer skills of a five year old.

But I will take pitty on you. NO!!! The covers are not the same. While the SR20DE cover may work, one of the small 10mm head bolts won't line up. It is off by about an inch. Changing the oil pump with the engine in a 240sx is a complete bitch so I'd spend the extra $10 and get the right part.

You might want to pull the engine and change the cover outside of the car. While you are at it you might also want to replace the timing chain guides and tensioner.

P.S. I don't know about Nissan engines but I've seen "hi volume" oil pumps break stuff on other engines.
