I just finished dropping my gas tank and fixing my subframe bushings and patching a leak in my gas tank... get ready to go test drive car and ebrake cable is VERY stiff and tires dont wanna move... wtf is going on? also the ebrake lines are 100% fine looked them over not pinched or anything.... what could the problem be???

BOTH wheels are stiff!!!
