Well, if your car isn't low, those specs are fine. It'll be Mexi-minivan flush but it'll fit. But if you're looking to be as low as possible:

Stock fenders with minimal pull with wide wheels that negative offset do no add up well without plenty of hammer work unless you have massive stretch and your camber is dialed in at no longer logical specs.

Among the specs you posted, if those are the only choices, I would just go with the +5 up front and the +11 in the rear. Negative offset is nice for cars that have deep inner fenders unlike the S13. For a 10" on a S13 +18 offset is already pushing it and you will need like a 215/40 in the rear and plenty of useless camber with a +11 offset.

For the fronts, I'd go with 205/40 and then hammer those lips out. You'll need it.

If it were me, I would never go through all of this for the sake of making shit fit. +15 is a magical number for 9.5" up front and for 10" +22 fits for the rears and then some. Meaning you could still tweak your alignment settings without having to worry much about fucking with your fenders too much.
