OK not trying to thread jack but I figure I will jump in on the same subject. I didn't burn my old ones out either, I just saw zalled them out. I took everything out of all 4(this is on an S14) Now the ES bushing are pretty loose in there. I keep seeing 2 diff words. 1 says you take the cups out on the S14's and others say you need the cups in there for the ES bushings.

Anyone know for sure?
