Take your IACV off and clean it and see if that fixes it and then get a new air temp sensor, they are like 50 or so bucks and your CEL goes away.

already took out the iacv and cleaned it out. i'll get the new air temp sensor. but for some reason I don't have a check engine light

It seems they are hit an miss, my car won't toss a code for a while when a sensor goes bad and once it does its wrong most of the time.
