I can't tell if the ecu comes on because whoever had this before me removed the light, and the reset switch on the ecu. I looked into the ecu and theres no signs of anything being fried, or anything. I checked the orange wire coming into the dash (starter switch?) on the brown connector and no power. I'm guessing somehow the ecu took a dump in between the swap?
S14SR's dont have a LED or reset switch. Is your ecu plugged and bolted in securely? Do you have good grounds?

Edit, nvm just saw you switched lines. That would be the problem.
