i'm wondering will the D2 camber plates fit with the lower springs & strut combo? if so, do i still need the stock top plate that hold the spring? i searched but didn't find anyone mentioned it. any pic of it installed will be great. thz for looking.

yeah, that's what i thought, but the reason i asked b/c i'm using suspension technque lowering springs instead of smaller diameters springs like GC etc. and i'm not sure do i still need to use the top black plate to hold the spring in place or use the one that come with the camber plates (or using both). any info will be great. i read a similiar thread, but the picture showed using the smaller plate came with the plates and i'm sure that won't work on the lowering springs since the plate is smaller than the springs. thz for your time reading it.

where are you buying the plates off of? ebay? or a shop? well ifeither one then you should just ask the seller since they are selling the product and SHOULD have some sort of knowledge on what they're selling

yes you need the stock upper spring perch, and you might need some extra hardware for the camber plates too, like a spacer and special nut.

I bought that D2 camber plate(anodized purple color) off of ebay.
It's sitting around collecting dust because.......
.....it didn't fit!!
I have the RS-R racing springs/KYB AGX's and couldn't get the setup too work.
I tried the spacers provided, but still no luck.
The camber plate sat too low on the top OEM spring plate; sank in there and the sucker wont even spin for me to adjust. Game Over for me.

Do you have any pics of your install problems?? I'd be interested to see this because I've been looking at those plates on ebay also. I'm sure you could get them to work with a bit of custom fabrication.

Sorry no pics. It comes with a total of four sleeve looking thangs; I guess spacers. If I use all of them, I can't screw on the top nut for the strut rod. If I use two of them spacer looking things provided, i can barely screw on the nut. Once the nut is on, the camber plate sinks so low that the 3 bolts off the plates wont even go through the strut tower mounts all the way coz the top spring plate is banging in to the design of your wheel well.

Don't wait for a reply from that seller. He never replied to my questions.
