HI:
Today I had a chance to work on the car and so far this is what i got. -Found continuity between ecu pump relay wire and fuel pump relay but still pump will not prime when turning ign on. checked all grounds and connections, they are all ok Have good spark, igniter ok, coils ok, couldnt get a good reading on cas but I suppose its good since having good spark or I might be wrong, please correct me on that, fuel pump relay jumped #3, #5 and pump will come on when ign is on. I having another issue that I'm sure is related to this tps sensor reading 5v on open and close map sensor(haltech brand new) is also reading 5v on signal wire with ign on and car off things I've done before this I sent ecu to haltech to get tested prior installing ecu and was sent back with everything ok. Now can it be a ECU problem? not sending signal to pump for prime, sending 5v constant to tps and map sensor? will a faulty cas cause this problems? and last what will be my next step? |
