This. It's easy to say "Shit, well the wheel fits right now with this stack of cheap spacers, so I"m just gonna run with it." Keep in mind that your car/your safety is riding on these bad boys, so investing in a quality set is the best thing to do.

I think he was talking about just buying them for the sole purpose of "measuring" hence why he said that OP can use them on future wheels
