SR Runs Hot: Especially on the Highway

I would imagine that the temp sensor would get pretty warm over that exhaust... id rather have my temp on the intake side and im pretty sure youll have a lower temp.... I mean the exhaust emits quite abit of heat... im sure its literally just heating up the sensor..

Gotta think both sensor locations are tapped into their assocated parts, both of which are bolted to a hot engine...without a doubt ambient temps may be different, but it doesn't cause the temp to raise *that* much. Even after a full track session (25+ minutes) I never notice the temp 'change' in relation to when I'm on the hammer or not...it gets to temp and holds as it should.
