i see you tried everything, but have you tried google? i just googled it because ive never heard of that , and it came up automatically as i was typing it, theres lots of forums and pages with different answeres, maybe in one of those pages theres something you havent tried, on one they stated to replace battery or clean bettery post and terminals if they are corroded.Also make sure youre testing stuff from good running cars like a friends car that runs good.
