As far as offset goes, you may need spacers, you may not... provided you have 16" rims or more. Not sure if they will fit on 15's.

There is an "offset 101" thread. Give it a read.
i been reading up on the swap im feeling 17 inch rims right now, that's what i have seen alot of people use but i do not want to use spacers that's for sure. and thanks ill check that link forr the offset for dummies.

I don't know exactly why; but to me, 350Z wheels look VERY classy on S13 hatches.

They are not cheap. Most on ebay sells for $200 a pop in good condition, some with caps some don't. Unless you know someone who is selling it or search the forums everyday for a good deal, I recommend MB weapons for $150 each.
Been using them for daily and drifting for 2 years now, and the best part is that I don't care if it got curb rash, or dented because I could always replace them.
If you want to cheap out get either a 300zx stock 16 inch or 240sx SE wheels. They both have the same off set of +40 and they clear the front brakes. As for the 240sx SE I have not tried them on the rear with z brakes, make sure you try them on first before buying.
