CA FS/FT CA: 1992 190e Benz

Car is a 1992 190e Benz.
125k Miles on the chassis.






Motor only has about 40-60k, not sure looking for the receipts of the job.
The motor is an "EURO SPEC" swap, still a 2.3L same number of valves, just seems a bit beefier, nothing too crazy. But makes a damn good daily.

Other than that, the car does hold a salvage title due to a slight fender bender in the rear.

Car passes smog about 1.5k was just spent on sensors and labor to get the car smog legal.

Title in hand, smog papers in hand.

Car is ready to go.

Been around 190es all my life and this is one of the more solid ones iv'e had the pleasure of driving.

Can't believe I ever let go of mine.... stupidest move ever.

But its nice to be able to get 190e s such as this one for such a good price.
These are the funnest plushiest rwd gas saving daily drivers ever.
The back end loves to slide around corners when you push it hard, its just one of those cars that rewards you for pushing the SHIT out of it. a real driver's car.

Having atleast 2 190es in the family since i was a baby has made me respect the 80s,90s euro cars, that was the golden age of euro.

Jettas, gtis, e30s,190e,anything cosworth hahaha.

Some one turn this into an autocross canyon carving beast.

All she really needs is a 5 speed swap, which you can find pretty cheap off junked 16v.
Or im sure theres plenty of trans that will fit.

And just beat the hell out of the newish motor till she blows.
Then swap a 16v motor in there.

If you are serious send me some info and who knows.
But to be honest if i wanted another benz, it would have to be a 16v 190e with a getrag manual.

Dude my dads old 16v cozzy 190e was exactly that.
This was m plan with this, but it became a daily driver with a slushbox that i never swapped out for a 5 speed, it does however have the euro spec motor, which isnt bad at all.

but in all honesty these chassis have the potential to do amazing things.

Not to mention they make AMAZING dailies.

Car has been daily driven by my mom for the last month or so.
Sooooooo yeaaaaaah.... fresh euro spec motor+ mom driving= perfect car.
Also just updated quite a bit of suspension bits.

AC works....

honestly either build it into a 16v cozzy clone.... or daily drive it.... get high MPG and be comfy.

I am actually about to pick up a 97 s320 I found in Mint condition from an original owner (richest person i ever met aswell haha)

So if any one wants this, this is the best time... I wont miss her that much any more..
