Total rebuild s13 240sx

Well I recently acquired a s-13 in the roughest condition you could imagine. I found the car behind a shop with no good and no valve cover. And you guessed right the motor was filled with water.. Being this is my first build. I dove off on nutz deep... But good news is motor is not locked up but I went ahead and found a new block and parts... So let the fun begin. I got the old block out and now sent all the new parts to machine shop... But now due to my friends and family inspiring me to go American I am having second thoughts about installing a ka24det but a old sbc 350 or the lsx.. Please leave your thoughts and ideas.. Body prep and rollcage and rewiring in the process

That's the fun and spirit of owning a 240SX.

You rescue an old one and bring it back to glory. After it's complete you're going to be one of the few who drives these on the road.

It really isn't too difficult; even the prices for the parts are dirt cheap. It might take some time but it's worth it in the end. Don't junk this car, at least sell it to a friend if you feel like you're not up to the task.

well it sounds like your staying KA-t. might as well do it all at once... but the other side to that coin is once it comes time to fire that puppy up if something doesnt work you have changed alot of stuff and thats a lot of stuff to check out. just fyi, but i'd do it all while the motor is out...
