Thanks for the feedback guys! I Feel a little better knowing that those wires aren't engine related. Damn tire wiped out almost everything...wires, hoses, even one of the washer pumps is gone.

Shit, you dont have to replace it, just need to make sure each wire is insulated again. Fix it and then relocated the harness up in the fender.

Yeah thanks I'm planning on going this route. Hopefully its not a big pain in the ass .
