I believe its godspeed. Everything is very solid. Nice fittings and cooler.

Ive never heard of a sandwich plate having a thermostat in it.

Nor does this have a sandwich plate. Its a relocation/cooler kit. The filter is moved not extended for sensors.

No thermostat. But has 2 bungs for sensors on the relocated oil filter housing.
