Correct me if I'm wrong? Fusebox harness

It is to my understanding that any 5-speed, base model, non abs S13 has NO harness wrapping above the passenger wheel well EXCEPT the windshield wiper motor plug, correct?

And the automatic ones have a full harness on that side, feeding the ATCU and all other automatic mumbo jumbo..right? I believe this is a harness from an automatic car..pics =

The 89-90's had a harness over the passenger's wheel as well. I *think* it's for cruise control, but I'm not sure. My 90 is an original 5-speed, non-abs, but the harness is there.

My 89 coupe has the harness as well and it's original 5 speed car.

Interesting. So this should work fine with an SOHC shell swapped with complete DOHC chassis wiring and a KA24DE, huh?

And what is the white flat-ish plug in the second picture?

EDIT: Just found out that harness is from a car with no cruise control and it's a 1992.

You need to lay the harness out better to make any further judgements. It's kind of all jumbled up and it's hard to tell where the plugs are in relation to the rest of the harness. Lay it out as it would lay mounted in the car and take a couple new pics. That would make it much easier.
